Moms Who TRI is...

A group that empowers moms, women, and all athletes in any stage of life, to set and achieve fitness, athletic, and/or racing goals. The major goal of Moms Who TRI is to support and encourage one another through mom and kid fitness programs, training plans, group workouts, and personal training.
